During long-term operation, the support roller shaft will generate heat. If it is overheated, it will cause friction. Part of the heat generated by friction will be taken away by lubricating oil, and the other heat will be dissipated to other components, which will reduce the thermal effect of the support roller shaft, reduce the lubrication state, and affect the load carried by the bearing, speed changes and cooling conditions. Therefore, adjusting the heat insulation board on the bearing and the radiation temperature of the kiln body to the bearing in time is necessary to avoid affecting the operation of the supporting roller, and resulting in low output and low profit of the rotary kiln.
