1, ball mill barrel:
The cylinder body is one of the main working parts of the ball mill. In addition to the static load of the grinding body, the cylinder body also needs to rely on the impact and grinding of the steel ball, steel segment or ceramic ball, steel jade ball and other grinding bodies loaded in the cylinder. Used to crush and grind material. And the cylinder is rotating, so the cylinder generates alternating stress.
2, ball mill liner:
The lining plate of the ball mill is mainly used to protect the cylinder body, so that the cylinder body is free from the impact and friction of the grinding body and the material. At the same time, different lining plates can be used to adjust the movement state of the grinding body, and the crushing effect is enhanced to help the grinding. Efficiency, thereby increasing production and reducing metal consumption.
3, ball mill compartment board:
The main function is to separate the grinding bodies to prevent the large particles from smashing to the discharge end, causing waste, and controlling the flow rate of the materials in the mill, which contributes to work efficiency. The silo panel can also control and improve the ventilation of the mill, which can play a role in unifying the output and quality and stabilizing the normal production of the mill.
4, ball mill main bearing:
The main bearing is mainly composed of a bearing shell, a bearing seat, a bearing cap, a lubrication and a cooling system. The main bearing of the ball mill supports the entire rotating part of the mill. In addition to the full weight of the grinding body itself, the grinding body and the material, it also has to withstand the impact force caused by the grinding body and the falling of the material.
5, ball mill feeding, unloading device:
The ball mill feed and discharge device is an integral part of the mill. Material and water (wet mill) or air stream (dry mill) are fed into the mill through the feed device and then discharged out of the mill through the discharge device. Feeding methods include: slide feeding, screw feed and spoon wheel feeding in three ways. The unloading device includes a ball mill unloading hopper and a receiving hopper, and also includes an elevator platform for carrying the hopper and an elevator platform lifting device cylinder.
6, ball mill drive system:
The traditional system of ball mill is divided into two types: edge drive (or edge dual drive) and center drive. The edge drive is driven by the main motor. The reducer drives the pinion, the pinion drives the large gear, and the large gear drives the rotation of the cylinder. . The center drive ball mill replaces conventional Babba alloy lubricated bearings with large double row spherical roller bearings, which is simpler and more reliable. The ball mill consists of main parts such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel and the inner lining can be replaced. The slewing bull gear is processed by casting hobbing. The barrel body is inlaid with a wear-resistant liner and has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and reliably.
