Causes and treatment of the rotary kiln common abnormal situation

Anomaly 1: low sintering temperature, kiln tail high temperature

Possible reasons:

(1) excessive wind in kiln system or kiln body;

(2) poor quality of pulverized coal, water large, fineness coarse, slow combustion of pulverized coal, produced after burning;

(3) multi-channel burner improper use, air volume adjustment of each channel between the irrational, the flame is not centralized;

(4) secondary air temperature is too low.

Approach:

(1) appropriate to reduce system wind or increase the three damper opening degree;

(2) strictly control the quality of pulverized coal, adjust coal mill operating parameters;

(3) reasonable adjustment the flame length, flame lively and powerful,wind coal mixing, full burning;

(4) reasonable adjustment of grate bed speed, and reasonable allocation of each chamber amount of wind.

anomaly 2: high firing temperature, low temperature kiln

Possible reasons:

(1) the burner explosive force is too strong, bright white flame and short;

(2) Good pulverized coal quality, small ash, a fine fineness, small water;

(3) the amount of wind in system is too small or tertiary air and kiln amount of wind matching unreasonable. Resulting in the kiln ventilation is too small;

(4) There kiln ring formation or affect long thick kiln skin ventilated so short flame, kiln temperature drops.

Approach:

(1) properly adjusting the proportion of wind and the wind outside, reducing wind inside and increase wind outside, to ensure the rational shape of the flame;

(2) control targets coal can be within a reasonable range;

(3) increase the amount of wind in the system, reducing the degree of opening of three damper increase kiln ventilation;

(4) can be hot and cold alternating method of ring calcination of ring off and appropriate to reduce feeding. Long thick kiln skin can significantly move the coal burner position, and appropriate to reduce or even stop the feed according to the severity of the material, the use of alternating hot and burn method.

anomalies 3: rotary kiln temperature is too high

Possible reasons:

(1) a small amount of kiln feed or feed off;

(2) high firing temperature;

(3) the kiln ventilation is too large;

(4) the coal pipe in position against.

Approach:

(1) to adjust the volume of feed, feed off inspection reasons;

(2) strengthen the operation to see the fire, reducing the amount of coal feed;

(3) a reasonable balance between wind, coal, materials relationship;

(4) to adjust the position of the coal pipe .

anomalies 4: a cyclone outlet temperature high

Possible reasons:

(1) raw material feed amount is too small or broken material;

(2) excessive wind system;

(3) pulverized coal combustion is incomplete.

Approach:

(1) to adjust the volume of feed, feed off inspection reasons;

(2) to adjust the air flow system;

(3) improve coal fineness, adjust the system conditions.

anomaly 5: a sudden increase in temperature level cyclone

Possible causes:

(1) a cyclone blockage;

(2) off the material;

(3) thermocouple failure.

Approach:

(1) stop feeding, handling blockage;

(2) identify the causes and treatment;

(3) replace the thermocouple.

Anomalies 6: Decomposition furnace outlet temperature

Possible reasons:

(1) decomposing furnace feeds the coal is too large;

(2) reduce raw material or broken material;

(3) a stage cyclone blockage.

Approach:

(1) adjust the amount of feed coal;

(2) to adjust the volume of feed, feed off inspection reasons;

(3) to stop feeding, handling congestion.

Anomalies 7: kiln negative pressure increases

Possible reasons:

(1) excessive wind in kiln body;

(2) kiln ring formation, from the big ball;

(3) a substantial increase in the volume of feed.

Approach:

(1) to adjust the air flow system;

(2) the processing of ring;

(3) Check the feeding.

Anomalies 8: kiln negative pressure is too low

Possible reasons:

(1) rising crust flue blockage;

(2) the kiln amount of wind is too small;

(3) severe kiln seal leakage.

Approach:

(1) processing crust;

(2) to adjust the system volume of air, tertiary air is reduced;

(3) Check the plugging.
