Correct installation steps for the base of the vertical roller mill

The base of the vertical roller mill bears the pressure during the whole production process, so the installation of the base of the vertical mill is so crucial. It is necessary to meticulously carry out the steps of each step to ensure that no problems occur during the vertical grinding operation.

(1) Clean up the vertical mill base

Clean the anti-rust oil on the base and remove the burrs and soil sand from the upper and lower contact surfaces. The ground screw is generally not required to be cleaned with oil, but the anti-rust oil is burned off with a fire, and then the surface oxide scale is brushed off with a wire brush and wiped with cotton yarn.

(2) Cleaning the anchor bolts

Remove all kinds of debris and water in the anchor bolt holes to ensure the quality of one grout. Then place the anchor bolts in the anchor bolt holes. To prevent the bolts from being damaged, you can temporarily put the nuts on the bolts.

(3) Draw the vertical and horizontal center lines of the base

If the vertical mill has been assembled and commissioned in the manufacturing process, the vertical and horizontal center line marks are marked on the base. If the equipment has not been tested in the factory, the vertical and horizontal centers should be carried out on the steel base. Line marking, when drawing the line, carefully check the drawing. The vertical and horizontal center lines of the steel base should be drawn based on the bearing hole of the bearing.

(4) Using the line pendant method to make the base at the base position

Use a crane to hoist the steel base to the foundation, put on the anchor bolts, and place a thin iron sheet between the bolts and the bolt holes of the base so that the bolts and bolt holes are basically centered. The vertical and horizontal center lines of the steel base are coincident with the vertical and horizontal center lines on the foundation by the wire drop method.

(5) Using the line drop method for rough correction

After the position is correct, use the line drop method to check whether the center line of the base is in a straight line, use the level meter to combine the reference elevation point, check the elevation of the steel base, check the level of the steel base with the frame level, and carry out the rough search of the base.

(6) Perform a grouting

After the steel base is roughed, a grout can be performed. Once the grouting has been cured and reached 75% of the concrete marking strength, the precision can be corrected.

(7) Performing a correction

When looking for the right time, first check the elevation of the material end, measure the height difference between the left, middle and right points of the base and the reference point by the water level meter, and adjust the height to the standard height with the pair of diagonal horns. Then use the frame level to discuss the level of the end of the vertical and horizontal center lines, adjust the horizontal center span of the two bases with the inclined horn to the base of the base, and check the diagonal method. Fix the discharge end base. Then use the theodolite or the hanging wire method to check the longitudinal centerline of the base and adjust the longitudinal centerlines of the two bases on the same line.
