1. The cylinder body is made of a killed steel Q235-C steel plate that guarantees five mechanical properties (σs, σb, δ%, αk and cold bending test), usually using automatic welding. The wall thickness of the cylinder: generally 28mm, the firing zone is 32mm, the wheel belt is 80mm, and the transition section is 60mm and 55mm thick from the bottom of the wheel to the span, so that the design of the cylinder is more reasonable, which ensures the rigidity of the cross section in turn improves the stress state of the support device. At the inlet and outlet ends of the cylinder, kiln mouth shields with high temperature resistance and wear resistance are installed. The rotary kiln head guard and the cold air sleeve form a circular space of the sleeve, and the cold air is blown from the bell mouth to the cylinder to cool the non-working surface of the kiln head guard to facilitate long-term safe operation of the part. Three rectangular solid belts are placed on the cylinder. The gap between the wheel and the cylinder pad is determined by the amount of thermal expansion. When the rotary kiln is in normal operation, the wheel can be properly placed on the cylinder to reduce the radial deformation of the cylinder. In order to ensure reliable operation of the two-speed support device near the kiln head temperature, a special cylinder cold air jacket device is installed under the two-speed wheel belt of the kiln head.

2. The hydraulic thrust wheel device is used to withstand the sliding force of the whole rotary kiln, which can push the rotary kiln body upwards. The correct distribution of the span between the support points makes the design of each gear bearing device more reasonable. Each bearing is equipped with a temperature measuring device. The working temperature of each bearing bush is directly displayed on the spot and can be checked in the central control room.

3. The single transmission of the transmission system drives the hard-toothed three-stage cylindrical gear reducer driven by the DC motor for the high-start torque cement industry rotary kiln, and then drives the open gear pair of the kiln. The transmission adopts SHM930 diaphragm joint. The shaft is used to increase the smoothness of the transmission. It is equipped with an auxiliary transmission device connected to the security power supply to ensure the operation of the drum kiln when the main power supply is interrupted, in order to prevent the cylinder from bending and to facilitate maintenance.

The tachometer generator is provided at the rear of the main motor to indicate the actual speed of the kiln.

4. The rotary kiln head seal adopts the cover gas seal and the labyrinth plus spring steel plate seal device. The right amount of cold air is used to cool the shield through the bell mouth, and the cold air is exhausted from the top after being heated; the cold-heated sleeve body is moderately pressed by the overlapping heat-resistant spring steel sheets to ensure that the rotary kiln head cylinder is slightly yawed. It still maintains a sealing effect.
